Shipping & Delivery Policy
Fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep
This policy explains how orders placed through the BABICHA (Ice Cream & Bubble Tea) online ordering application are delivered. Since our products are fresh, made-to-order ice cream and bubble tea items, delivery is local and time-sensitive.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within a limited radius around our outlet in Hyderabad, Telangana. Serviceable areas and pin codes are shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, the app will notify you and you may choose in-store pickup instead.
2. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to weather, traffic, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated based on distance and order value, and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Orders above a minimum cart value may qualify for free delivery, where offered.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status (preparing, out for delivery, delivered) within the app. You will also receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp notifications.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
- If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled without a refund, since the item is perishable.

6. Packaging
We package all items to minimize spillage and preserve temperature during transit. Some melting of ice cream products during hot weather or longer delivery routes is normal and does not indicate a quality issue.
